PTE听力题型跟雅思考试一样，题型多且杂，SST（Summarize spoken text），是其中一种。

SST的要求简单明了：考生去听2至3个时间长度在1至1.5分钟的英文演讲，然后在10分钟内写出至少50至70字的summary。

SST平时练习方法：

1. 依靠鸡精，一定要做到烂熟于心，达到听到一两个字立即反应出是哪篇鸡精，快速回忆出要点；

2.发展自己独特快速记笔记的方法，训练的时候一定要强迫自己每次记下来的内容都是一串一串的内容（一个完整的意思）而非一两个单词；

3.平时SST也可以当成RL去练习，RL也可以当成SST练习。
